Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a consultancy or fast-paced environment
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, especially Ashby
- Proficiency in LinkedIn tools and familiarity with sourcing platforms and talent engagement strategies
