What You’ll Do
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Regional Sales Operations Executive to drive growth and manage key relationships within our Singaporean and Malaysian biopharmaceutical clientele. As a Sales Operations Executive, you will be involved in the learning and technical application of biopharmaceutical products alongside strategic business development, requiring a candidate who can effectively bridge the gap between a wide range of biopharmaceutical solutions and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Market & Product Mastery: Develop a deep technical understanding of the company’s biopharma product portfolio and learn new ones to effectively execute sales operations.
- Relationship Management: Act as a primary customer-facing representative, focused on establishing new partnerships and meticulous development of long-term business relationships with existing, regional clients.
- Process Optimization: Maintain documentation of sales lifecycles and project histories. You will be expected to continuously iterate on and improve existing business strategies to capture new opportunities.
- Regional Focus: Lead business development efforts with a dedicated focus on the Singapore and Malaysia territories.
What We’re Looking For
- Deep interest in biopharmaceutical applications, downstream/upstream processes, and emerging biotechnologies.
- Eager to master and represent a diverse portfolio of technical products.
- Fully comfortable with domestic and international travel, working effectively both independently and within a collaborative team.
- Good interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and communicate ideas to diverse stakeholders.
- Highly meticulous work ethic with a commitment to maintaining accurate CRM records and sales progress reports.
- Strong command of written and oral English.
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in related fields, including but not limited to: Biotech, Engineering, Biology, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Food Technology, Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Life Sciences, Chemical Engineering etc.
