Airbnb is seeking a Senior Payments Operations Manager to lead the development, standardization, and execution of global payments procedures and standards. This high-impact individual contributor role is responsible for driving the creation and adoption of procedures and establishing alignment across lines of business while maintaining a strong focus on guest and host experience. Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in payments, fintech, or financial services
• Strong background in documenting and operationalizing procedures
• Demonstrated success in leading end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) operational readiness for payments or financial products
• Exceptional collaboration and influence skills
• Proven track record of identifying operational gaps and driving change management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
