They are seeking a Staff Business Systems Analyst to drive success of their Go-to-Market (GTM) Systems team. This role involves optimizing processes, improving data quality, and ensuring seamless integration across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success.
Requirements
- 6+ years experience as a Business Systems Analyst or GTM Systems Analyst in SaaS or technology-driven organizations
- Development experience with Salesforce and/or HubSpot (Workflows with Python/JS)
- Experience with business process modeling, data analysis, and translating complex business needs into technical solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to addressing business challenges
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
