Responsibilities

  • Conduct competition mapping and analysis to identify market gaps and propose new products, supporting the overall Product Marketing and GTM Strategy. Ensure seamless rollout of new products with strong cross-functional coordination.
  • Drive monthly activities such as GAC to maintain acquisition costs within budget, manage schemes and targets, and ensure delivery of acquisition numbers aligned with Growth Strategy objectives.
  • Perform regular analysis of zone-wise sales performance to take corrective actions, improve product penetration, and drive revenue through focused Category Management.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Managers to achieve business goals.
  • Possess thorough knowledge of Prepaid products and distribution channels, ensuring strong product understanding across the team.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical aptitude—keenly evaluating data trends to enhance the quality and effectiveness of overall job delivery.
  • Exhibit strong people management and interpersonal skills, effectively handling backend and frontend coordination to ensure smooth operational execution.

Postgraduate (Tier 1 – Institute)
