Your Mission

• Coordinate and maintain orders in the system
• Track shipments and keep deadlines in sight
• Structure and optimize processes in daily operations
• Ensure information flow between sales, warehouse, and accounting
• Order goods from international suppliers
• Demonstrate an eye for detail and clean workflows

In short: You hold everything together that makes our sales team successful.

Your Background

• Commercial training in industry or retail
• Or: at least 1 year of relevant professional experience
• Career changers welcome with approximately 1–3 years of experience
• Organizational talent with hands-on mentality
• Independent, reliable, and structured working style
• Strong communication skills in German and English
• Conscientious, detail-oriented, and team-capable
