Role Overview
Provide administrative and operational support to the business development manager, follow up on contracts and orders, and maintain data accuracy.
What You Will Do
Register contracts, prepare presentations, work in 1C and Jira, coordinate delivery of goods to customers, and process customer requests.

Requirements
- Average special or higher education (preferably economic, logistics, or administrative)
- Free command of Ukrainian and English at the Upper-intermediate level
- Experience working with customers and document management
- Experience working with ERP systems (1C, SAP, Comarch ERP will be an advantage)
- Confident command of Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Attention to detail and love of order
- Responsibility and self-organization
- Stress resistance and ability to work in a team
- Developed communication skills
- Result-oriented and high level of customer service
