Requirements
- Proactively reach out to warm leads, abandoned cart customers, and past buyers via email, SMS, and phone
- Execute outbound sales campaigns designed to increase repeat purchase rate and customer LTV
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer purchase history and preferences
- Partner with the retention team to align outbound messaging with active promotions and campaigns
- Log all customer interactions accurately in CRM tools (Gorgias, Klaviyo, or similar)
- Hit and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Collect and relay customer feedback to marketing and product teams to improve offers
