As an Outbound Sales Specialist, you will drive revenue through every customer touchpoint by proactively reaching out to past and potential customers to drive repeat purchases, recover abandoned carts, and surface upsell opportunities. You are the voice of our brands.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of outbound sales, telemarketing, or customer success experience (ecommerce a big plus)
- Can hit our monthly quota – competitive enough to improve the quota every month
- Natural communicator — warm, persuasive, and genuinely curious about the people you talk to
- Tech-savvy with CRM tools, helpdesks, and sales platforms
- Ability to think on your feet, handle objections smoothly, and adapt your tone across channels
- Bring energy, accountability, and a competitive drive to everything you do
