Demand Generation Manager – PPC Growth Focus

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage data-driven PPC campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google AdWords, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure PPC campaigns are aligned with overall marketing goals, messaging, and target audience segments.
  • Oversee the management of our PPC agency to scale campaigns.
  • Continuously analyze and optimize campaign performance to maximize lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Test and refine ad copy, landing pages, and audience segments to identify the most effective strategies.
  • Create operational reports, monitor key performance metrics and KPIs, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of market trends, industry shifts, and competitor performance.
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth handoff of leads and effective follow-up strategies.
  • Manage paid advertising budgets and strategy, thoughtfully allocating resources to optimize campaign effectiveness and building plans for PPC, display, OOH advertising, and more.
  • Stay current with PPC best practices, platform updates, and industry trends to ensure our campaigns remain cutting-edge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of demand generation program experience for high-growth SaaS startups selling to SMBs, with a specific focus on PPC campaign management in Google Ads and social.
  • Proven ability to create and execute successful million-dollar PPC campaigns that drive quality lead generation and growth.
  • In-depth knowledge of PPC platforms, ad targeting, and performance analysis.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, HubSpot, AI, and data analysis tools.
  • Experience running OOH (radio/podcasts) and display campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Google Ads and HubSpot certifications.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, experience managing external groups, and ability to work effectively across functions within and outside of marketing.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrates strong ownership and enthusiasm for the role.
