Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support sales teams through data-driven insights, forecasting, and reporting. This role focuses on improving sales performance, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze sales performance data to provide actionable insights and identify risks
- Support forecasting and pipeline analysis for monthly and quarterly planning
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI
- Partner with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to support execution
- Ensure CRM data accuracy and support reporting and process improvements
Must-Have Skills
- Experience in Renewals Operations or Field Business Operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven approach
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (heavy usage required)
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
- Proven experience in forecasting, pipeline analysis, and sales reporting
