The FP&A analyst will work closely with the ISC BU Focal Points by providing high value adding analysis for the manufacturing sites assigned and will also be responsible for planning/forecasting and budgeting that support the strategic objectives of AkzoNobel.
Requirements
- Generating insights and analyzing trends
- Analyzing current and past trends in key performance indicators
- Monitors performance indicators, highlights trends and analyzes causes of unexpected variance and capturing it in form of commentary
- Provides support in completing AR business case for capex
- Develops financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
- Drive the Quarterly rolling forecast process by identifying risk & opportunities
- Consolidates inputs from cross functional teams and navigators for submission of QRF and Budget into the required platforms
- Measures forecast accuracy and improve P&L accuracy
- Proactively seeks opportunities to improve and standardize data reports to gain efficiency
- Eliminates, simplifies, standardizes, and automates outputs in a structured and consistent manner
