Key Account Manager

Manage and grow sales performance in the Modern Trade channel, particularly in the Home Improvement segment. Develop and implement strategic account plans, manage commercial negotiations, and collaborate with Trade Marketing, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to drive growth across consumer and painter segments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account or Modern Trade Sales
• Strong negotiation, commercial planning, and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
