AI/SaaS GTM & Product Growth Manager

Location: Hyderabad, Onsite

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an AI/SaaS GTM & Product Growth Manager located in Hyderabad. The role involves developing and implementing go-to-market strategies for AI and SaaS products, overseeing product growth, and working closely with sales and marketing teams. The manager will also analyze market trends, manage projects, and ensure successful product launches and customer adoption.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in GTM, Growth, or Sales Leadership, preferably in AI or SaaS
• Proven track record of taking software or AI products from launch to scale (ideally scaling to at least $1M+ ARR)
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
• Experience in both inbound (marketing-driven) and outbound (sales-driven) strategies
• Hands-on experience using AI and automation in sales or marketing
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
