We’re hiring a Senior Outbound Growth Operations profile to build and run our outbound sales machine, from lead generation to booked discovery. The role is a mix of technical lead generation / Growth Ops: data sourcing, database management, enrichment, governance, CRM push & automation, and Sales Ops/Outbound Ops for Sales: build strategy, campaign & sequence operations and enablement to drive conversion.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in lead generation / outbound growth operations / Sales Operations in a B2B tech environment
- Full working proficiency in English
- Solid SQL skills & database management (comfortable querying, joining, validating, building reliable logic for segmentation)
- Experience working with AI: familiar with the most common LLMs, building & optimizing prompts, building AI sales use-cases, integrating AI steps in workflows / automations
- Automation / low-code workflows expertise (Zapier or other low code)
- Strong CRM fundamentals (Salesforce administration is preferred: fields and object creation, managing API and connection to other systems, deep understanding of the data model)
- Experience with outbound tools such as Outreach, Lemlist (or equivalents)
- Reporting & analytics (define metrics, build dashboards, explain insights clearly)
