As a People Ops, you will be responsible for essential run tasks that contribute to a smooth employee experience for Alaners, and scale our operations through precise, user-centric documentation, automation, and streamlining.
Requirements
- At least a first experience in HR (recent graduate profiles with an internship experience are welcome)
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- Based in Paris (Valmy headquarter) or in one of our physical offices
- Rigorous, with rock-solid attention to detail
- Autonomous and comfortable interacting with a wide range of people
