Alchemy is seeking a GTM Sales Enablement Manager to drive revenue growth within their Web3 platform. This role focuses on architecting enablement programs, designing onboarding workflows, and building proficiency across the sales organization. The ideal candidate will collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing to translate product launches into sales enablement materials and streamline the sales process.

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in Sales Enablement, GTM Operations, or Sales Leadership at a high-growth SaaS or Web3 company
  • Strong grasp of SaaS sales processes
  • Proven ability to design and deliver impactful training (live and async)
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Experience leveraging Momentum, Pocus, and Salesforce systems
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-moving environments
