We are seeking an Account Manager to drive the company’s growth by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and enjoy building lasting relationships.
Requirements
- Promote and sell Alfa Laval products.
- Generate and nurture leads, converting them into orders.
- Engage actively with the market, focusing on inside customer interactions (including some visits), understanding customer needs, and delivering product and service value.
- Develop technical and value-based quotes that reflect customer needs and highlight unique selling points.
- Actively follow up on quotes to ensure the proposed value is understood and matches customer needs.
- Provide direct support to customers during the quotation process.
- Work proactively and in a structured manner within and across teams to optimize sales efficiency.
- Use CRM and other tools consistently and effectively to support the sales process and decision-making.
- Supporting bid preparation and submission for government and Navy projects.
