Senior Solutions Engineer

Algolia is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to help customers realize the full value of their platform in a fast-growing market. The role involves working closely with Sales and Solutions partners to drive revenue, customer adoption, and best practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in a customer-facing technical role (SE, SA, consultant, PM), ideally in the SaaS space
• Previous software development experience in one or more of the following areas: Front End: JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Back-End: Java, Ruby, Go, Node, Python, Swift/Objective-C
• Experience with data formats and data transformation
• Great oral and written communication skills
• Superior organizational skills working with multiple customers and have the ability to switch context quickly throughout the day with various competing demands and attention to detail
