Job Overview
We are seeking a Sales Operations Specialist professional to join our Revenue Operations team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enabling Alida’s marketing, customer success, and selling operations through the effective use of Salesforce.
Job Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with Sales, PreSales, Customer Success and Marketing teams to understand pipeline creation and conversion, sales and renewal business needs
- Work directly with Sales Representatives to ensure they are equipped with the right resources to meet the organization’s sales goals
- Refine and maintain existing reports, dashboards and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity
- Manage user access, roles, profiles and permissions in all Sales Tools
- Manage ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users
- Work with various business units to clarify requests, validate requirements, define and document business processes
- Help administer and optimize existing Sales Applications/Tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, AmpleMarket, Traction Hierarchy, Gong, 6sense, Lean Data)
- Support & training for end users across various Sales Applications/Tools
- Assist in the administration and configuration of Salesforce, as it relates to Account & Contact management and Territory mapping
Job Qualifications
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated ability to identify problems, analyze data, and propose effective solutions with a proactive and improvement-driven mindset
- Proven experience in collaborating effectively and communicating clearly with diverse stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, PreSales) to understand needs and facilitate solutions
- Comfortable navigating and learning new business/sales applications, with a basic understanding of Salesforce CRM being a significant advantage
- Curious about emerging technologies, such as AI, and eager to explore how they can be applied to innovate and optimize operations or business processes
