Sales Operations Support
About the role:
- Build strong relationships with Sales, Marketing, PreSales, and Customer Success teams to understand new sales and renewal business needs
- Work directly with Sales Representatives to ensure they are equipped with the right resources to meet the organization’s sales goals
- Refine and maintain existing reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity
- Managing user access, roles, profiles, and permissions
- Manage ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users
- Work with various business units to clarify requests, validate requirement, define and document business processes
- Help administer and optimize existing Sales Applications/Tools (Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, etc.)
- Support & training for end users across various applications/tools & processes
- Perform advanced administration and configuration of Salesforce as it relates to Territory, Account, Contact, Opportunity and lead Management.
- Configuring Salesforce functionalities to enhance performance of business processes including, but not limited to, Object design, Page Layouts, Validation Rules, Workflows, approval processes and Chatter groups
About you:
- Proven work experience in Sales Operations or similar role in SaaS
- Experience with using Salesforce with advanced reporting and dashboarding knowledge – experience with other Revenue Operation applications is a plus
- Demonstrated strong performance collaborating with Sales and Marketing to effectively utilize Salesforce
- Analytical, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are required
- Strong computer and technical skills, including proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- A positive attitude and willingness for continuous learning of new technologies is necessary for cultural fit
