Sales Operations Support

We are currently looking for our next Sales Operations Support – in this role, you will be a key member of the Revenue Operations team. Alida uses Salesforce to enable marketing, lead generation, customer success and selling operations.
As our Sales Operations Support, you will be responsible for helping operate Salesforce ecosystem, implement best practices and standardize the adoption of Salesforce. You will work across multiple teams in Alida, namely Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, building relationships and ensuring everyone has access to the tools and support they need to be successful.

About the role:

  • Build strong relationships with Sales, Marketing, PreSales, and Customer Success teams to understand new sales and renewal business needs
  • Work directly with Sales Representatives to ensure they are equipped with the right resources to meet the organization’s sales goals
  • Refine and maintain existing reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity
  • Managing user access, roles, profiles, and permissions
  • Manage ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users
  • Work with various business units to clarify requests, validate requirement, define and document business processes
  • Help administer and optimize existing Sales Applications/Tools (Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, etc.)
  • Support & training for end users across various applications/tools & processes
  • Perform advanced administration and configuration of Salesforce as it relates to Territory, Account, Contact, Opportunity and lead Management.
  • Configuring Salesforce functionalities to enhance performance of business processes including, but not limited to, Object design, Page Layouts, Validation Rules, Workflows, approval processes and Chatter groups

About you:

  • Proven work experience in Sales Operations or similar role in SaaS
  • Experience with using Salesforce with advanced reporting and dashboarding knowledge – experience with other Revenue Operation applications is a plus
  • Demonstrated strong performance collaborating with Sales and Marketing to effectively utilize Salesforce
  • Analytical, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are required
  • Strong computer and technical skills, including proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • A positive attitude and willingness for continuous learning of new technologies is necessary for cultural fit
