Sales Operational Excellence & Transformation
- Lead global sales process initiatives from design to execution, driving measurable improvements in performance and operational efficiency across Lines of Business and Business Units.
- Champion AI-enabled process optimization by acting as product owner—translating business needs into scalable solutions and ensuring adoption across the organization.
Innovation in Sales Tools & Enablement
- Redesign strategic assets such as Proposal Factory 2.0 to maximize visibility, impact, and alignment with global priorities.
- Promote knowledge sharing and standardization across teams, delivering value through simplification and automation.
AI & Digital Strategy Execution
- Drive deployment of AI and digital initiatives under the Elevate transformation program to professionalize sales operations.
- Embed data-driven steering, training, and continuous improvement practices.
- Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data, analytics and cloud-based tools, using insights responsibly with standards of data governance, security and ethical use.
Digital Transformation Leadership
- Oversee complex, multi-phase transformation projects, managing scope, budget, resources, vendor selection, and risk.
- Ensure timely delivery and alignment across functions.
Go-To-Market Strategy
- Lead commercial rollout of strategic initiatives (e.g., allyz) to increase account growth, in collaboration with global functions and SICE.
- Drive engagement and adoption within sales teams to transform pipelines.
Cross-Functional & Agile Collaboration
- Orchestrate global initiatives such as the Sales Oscars, mobilizing the Sales community across Lines of Business.
- Actively contribute to strategic forums and executive initiatives to reinforce alignment and engagement.
Change Management & Communication
- Partner with Change Management to ensure successful adoption of new tools, processes, and models.
- Balance global and local priorities to support operational excellence and transformation success.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading global, complex transformation projects.
- Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders through clear, compelling communication.
- Strong background in insurance or financial services with demonstrated impact in sales transformation.
- Master’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Information Technology, or related field.
- Coaching certification is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience driving enterprise-wide change with measurable business outcomes.
- Expertise in large-scale digital transformations, including CRM rollouts (e.g., Salesforce), AI-driven initiatives, and system implementations.
- Skilled in building trust and securing commitment from C-level executives.
- Mastery of change management frameworks and ability to tailor approaches to complex contexts.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to lead authentically in dynamic environments.
- Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Experience working across global, multicultural teams to foster alignment and shared ownership.
- Proficiency in project management, digital tools, and executive-level reporting.
- Ability to inspire and empower teams toward a shared vision while maintaining operational discipline.
- Resilient and adaptable with strong organizational and time management skills.
