Role Overview

The Business Development Manager will grow market share across a regional territory, build relationships with executive decision-makers, and win new business. They will partner with organizations to solve business challenges through customized security and workforce solutions while building long-term client relationships.

What You Will Do

The Business Development Manager will own the full sales cycle from opportunity development through presentations, proposals, negotiations, and contract execution. They will generate qualified leads through prospecting, networking, referrals, industry events, social selling, and support from internal resources.

Requirements

  • Current driver’s license
  • Minimum of two (2) years of outside B2B consultative sales, business development, territory sales, account executive, sales representative, or related sales experience
  • Proven success as a sales hunter with a track record of prospecting, building pipeline, winning new accounts, and closing new business
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline and full sales cycle
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed sales quotas, revenue goals, and growth objectives
  • Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM or similar sales technology platforms
  • Ability to travel throughout all areas of the territory, including some overnight travel
