Allied Universal is hiring a Government Business Development Manager to develop trusted new business relationships, drive multimillion dollar revenue growth within state, local and federal government agencies, and market comprehensive security solutions through multi-year service contracts. The successful candidate will consistently surpass annual sales goals and help communities become more secure and create new job opportunities for security professionals.

Requirements

  • Drive the entire sales process, including prospecting, proposal development, contract and pricing negotiations, RFP responses, and delivery of customized presentations
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans targeting state, local and federal government agencies
  • Build and maintain consultative relationships with government clients, industry partners, and stakeholders
  • Stay up to date on industry and market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to learn about the client’s needs, position Allied Universal’s comprehensive solutions, and deliver a seamless transition of trust
