Role Overview
The Senior Data Analyst will play a pivotal role in leveraging data to improve user experience, drive efficiency and quality, reduce risk, and surface opportunities and improvements to stakeholders. The role bridges the Operations team with data, product, and engineering teams.
What You Will Do
Build and maintain data and dashboards, support team members with data requests, train team members on data understanding, and drive a data culture in the team.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in engineering, statistics, economics, finance, or business
- Minimum 3 years as a data analyst
- Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau…)
- Knowledge of SQL and Python
- Good understanding of data architecture principles
- Ease of metrics definition and usage
