We’re looking for a Head of Public Private Partnerships Director to join our team in Saint-Ouen, FR. The role involves developing and executing PPP strategy, overseeing investments, and external engagement. We’re looking for a leader with 8-12 years of experience in public-private partnerships and a proven track record of closing complex deals.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in public-private partnerships
• Proven track record of leading the closing complex PPP deals in transportation, infrastructure, or clean tech.
• Excellent negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Executive presence and the ability to influence at all levels—from city council to C-suite.
• Creative, structured, and organized, with ability to run several strategic projects at various stage in parallel, from high level structuring to deep diving into contractual clauses.
• Rigorous and transparent, guardian of the rules mindsets
