We are on the lookout for a Revenue Operations (RevOps) Manager with a strong background in sales management, HubSpot expertise, and a knack for recruiting and developing efficient reporting and dashboard systems.


Sales and Marketing Operations:

  • Develop and implement robust sales and marketing operations strategies to support business growth and efficiency.
  • Manage and optimize the use of HubSpot for sales and marketing automation, ensuring seamless lead management, and customer relationship processes.

Data Management and Analytics:

  • Design and maintain automated reports and dashboards to provide real-time insights into sales and marketing performance.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data to identify trends, forecast sales, and support strategic decision-making.

Recruitment and Team Building:

  • Lead the recruiting efforts to build and maintain a high-performing sales and marketing team.
  • Provide ongoing training and development to ensure the team is proficient in the use of sales tools and methodologies.

Process Optimization:

  • Continually assess and refine sales processes and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement best practices in sales management and operations to drive revenue growth.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with senior leadership to align sales and marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive efforts in achieving company goals.


  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Expertise in HubSpot, including CRM management, automation, and analytics.
  • Strong experience in sales management, including team building, coaching, and performance optimization.
  • Proficient in developing and managing sales and marketing dashboards and reports.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver results in a timely manner.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
