Sales Operations Manager

Role Overview

The Sales Operations Manager is an integral part of the Sales Division, responsible for empowering Sales Management and Sales people with tools and insights to succeed. They oversee and optimize the sales process to ensure the team operates efficiently and effectively.

What You Will Do

The main tasks include forecasting and budgeting, utilizing reporting tools, controlling target setting and KPI calculation, collecting and analyzing market insights, and enhancing sales department performance.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar position or in the construction industry
  • Experience in B2B sales
  • Proficiency in data analysis
  • Proven experience in analyzing market insights
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel applications and the English language
  • Power BI knowledge
  • Acquainted with Power Automate
  • Very good knowledge of CRM and sales policies
  • Organizational skills, responsibility, time management skills
  • Analytical skills, critical thinking ability and attention to detail
