As a Digital Lending – Data Analyst Intern, you will analyze user and transaction data, build dashboards, and generate reports to monitor digital lending performance, working closely with Product, Marketing, and Growth teams to identify insights and improve user journey.
Requirements
- Collect, clean, and process data from various internal systems and sources.
- Develop dashboards and performance reports (weekly/monthly) related to users, transactions, and digital funnel performance.
- Conduct analyses to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improving the digital user journey.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Growth teams to provide insights and data-based recommendations.
- Support documentation of data definitions, metric calculations, and dataset structures.
- Assist in automated reporting (scheduling queries, report generation, and alerting)
