Requirements

• Proven 3 years experience in Amazon PL brand management
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and P&L management.
• Experience in product development and launching.
• Exceptional leadership skills with a history of managing and growing teams.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across various departments and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies.
• Solid understanding of Amazon’s marketplace, Amazon Algorithm, trends, and customer behaviors.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
