Sr. Project management resource who will take a lead role in ensuring the successful expansion, deployment and launch of sales enablement and customer projects. The role is focused specifically on sales enablement programs, CSAT programs, and customer acquisition programs metrics and reporting and will include continuous improvement efforts. The position will work across the AWS sales teams, globally. As a highly organized and task oriented individual, you will manage communication, work back plans and risks with teams across sales and marketing activities for the Generative AI Innovation Center. This role will specify sales enablement needs, help build training materials and tools to deliver training to sales team members. In your first six to twelve months, you will support the end-to-end project management for recommending and creating a sales enablement & training strategy for this sales organization. Closely collaborate with sales leadership to identify and prioritize improvements to the ongoing sales skills program(s.)

Key job responsibilities

  • Develop a repeatable and highly effective global framework for sales enablement.
  • Support the end-to-end project management for recommending and creating a sales enablement & training strategy
  • Closely collaborate with sales leadership to identify and prioritize improvements to the ongoing sales skills program(s.)
  • Develop robust, flexible, transparent, strategic and tactical infrastructure to enable rapid delivery of new requests across the organization
  • Manage program tracking and communication
  • Regularly report on the performance of the program and communicate business impact through monthly and/or quarterly business reviews
  • Execute workflow and process, manage SIM or intake queue
  • Own tracking sales enablement performance

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with and influencing key stakeholders to understand & synthesize the needs of a global sales organization and how various enablement solutions can move the needle.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Proven track of record of building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns; equally comfortable building strategic marketing plans and executing at a tactical level.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $92,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
