Role Overview
The Regional Planner executes the S&OE function for their assigned region, serving as the critical link between demand planning and site-level execution. This role translates the consolidated demand plan into WHERE to fulfill, HOW to staff, and WHEN to execute within their regional network.
What You Will Do
Execute weekly operational planning cycles for assigned region, producing site-level execution plans with volume allocation by process path and labor requirements. Translate S&OP outputs into executable short-term supply plans, monitor execution against the plan, and drive rapid resolution of gaps.

Requirements
- 3+ years of supply chain, forecasting, manufacturing, sourcing/procurement, or vendor management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
