Sales & Operations Execution Manager, Global RAD Operations

Role Overview

The Sales & Operations Execution Manager owns the execution planning function for Global RAD Operations, serving as the critical bridge between demand planning and site-level execution. This role translates WHAT gets fulfilled into WHERE to fulfill, HOW to staff, and WHEN to execute across the RAD network.

What You Will Do

Own and operate the end-to-end GRO S&OE function, running weekly operational planning cycles that produce executable site-level plans with volume allocation and labor requirements. Lead network-level level-loading, distributing volume to available capacity and preventing node overloading while maintaining target buffer capacity (20%) across all sites.

Requirements

• 6+ years of supply chain experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field
• Expertise in Master Production Scheduling (MPS), inventory optimization, and scheduling. Proficiency with ERP systems and Advanced Planning & Scheduling tools.
