Overview
They are currently looking for a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to support pricing operations, forecasting, opportunity tracking, and business planning activities for the high-performance analog product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily quote approvals and extensions
- Process daily debit extensions and adjust quantities as required
- Conduct weekly sell-through and revenue status checks by product line and opportunity
- Collaborate with Sales to resolve sell-through gaps and drive quarterly targets
- Prepare and submit weekly product line forecasts
- Review and approve quarterly CM RFQ submissions
- Perform quarterly compliance checks on distribution package deal quotes
- Follow up with Sales on large quotes and opportunities
- Partner with marketing team to support deal closure
- Contribute to annual corporate planning initiatives and strategic reviews
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years’ experience within the semiconductor industry
- Strong analytical capabilities with advanced proficiency in MS Excel
- Proven track record in demand planning and preparing pricing quotations
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Strong execution abilities with the capacity to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
