Sales Manager

The Sales Manager is responsible for managing and growing a strategic customer portfolio of industrial packaging customers whilst developing new business opportunities for the Steinfeld plant.

Requirements

  • Take full ownership of a strategic customer portfolio
  • Maintain and further develop strong long-term relationships within the industrial packaging market
  • Identify and develop new customers in existing and adjacent markets
  • Work closely with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Demonstrate strong cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Proactively identify opportunities for the development of standard or custom-made products and services
  • Minimum of five years’ progressive and successful experience in sales or technical sales
  • Proven track record in acquiring new customers and building, expanding, and maintaining long-term business relationships
  • Strong sales mindset with high personal drive, resilience, and an entrepreneurial, solution-oriented approach
  • Strong communication skills in both German and English
  • Willingness to travel regularly within Western Germany and occasionally across Europe
  • Strong ability and willingness to learn new products, technologies and applications
  • Valid driving license (Category B)
  • Confident and experienced user of digital sales tools and CRM systems
