Originating External Sales Manager

AnnieMac Home Mortgage is looking for a Full Time Originating External Sales Manager to maintain personal production and supervise a staff of Loan Originators. The ideal candidate should have experience in the Mortgage Industry and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Thorough knowledge of pricing and underwriting requirements of various mortgage insurance companies
• Working knowledge of credit underwriting and property eligibility requirements for FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, local bonding programs and private investors
• Familiarity with local, state and national laws
• Excellent communication skills and ability to analyze financial information
• Ability to manage a staff of Loan Originators
• Sales-oriented self-starter
