Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Thorough knowledge of mortgage insurance companies’ pricing and underwriting requirements
- Working knowledge of credit underwriting and property eligibility requirements for various mortgage insurance companies
- Excellent communication skills and ability to analyze financial information
- Ability to manage a staff of Loan Originators
- Sales-oriented self-starter
