Role Overview
The Assistant Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team in day-to-day tasks, including closing deals, driving sales, and hiring and training sales employees.
What You Will Do
Drive unit sales and F&I profit, ensure premium customer service, conduct four square negotiation process, and supervise sales associates.

Requirements
- Experience with retail sales and inventory management
- Dealer management system software experience or ability to learn quickly
- CRM experience
- Strong multitasking skills
- Valid license with motorcycle endorsement
