As a Regional Sales Manager at Taylor Hobson, you will lead sales efforts for surface form and finish equipment in the Northeast US and parts of eastern Canada, developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Requirements
- Meet/exceed quarterly and annual booking goals.
- Develop strategic customer accounts and cultivate new business opportunities.
- Manage customers and the associated pipeline of opportunities in Microsoft Dynamics.
- Schedule meetings and optimize travel plans based on client engagement and sales potential priority.
- Reach out to prospective clients to understand new opportunity potential.
- Follow up with existing clients to check on existing system performance and discover new project opportunities.
- Educate engineering companies about Taylor Hobson’s technologies and collaborate on specifying the proper solution technologies.
- Update all clients on product modifications and enhancements.
- Attend and effectively represent Taylor Hobson at conferences and/or trade shows.
- Maintain sales forecast via judicious management of sales tracking and client management software.
- Support financial reporting including forecasting, budgets, and quarterly reporting requirements; provide regular communication on key programs in pursuit portfolio.
- Collaborate internally with technical services, estimating, project engineering, and production departments to ensure appropriate proposal strategy and successful execution of a project upon award.
