In this role, you will manage inquiries, solve complex data challenges, maintain data stewardship standards, and deliver ad-hoc analytics to support field and leadership decisions.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree & 1 – 3 years of experience in Incentive Compensation
- 1 – 3 years of experience in Incentive Compensation, Commercial Operations, or Sales Analytics
- Proven expertise in incentive compensation processes
- Proficiency with IC systems and tools, along with strong working knowledge of Excel and SQL
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools
- Strong understanding of data stewardship principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with global teams
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail, accountability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
