As an offshore member of the US brand team, the Product Manager will partner closely with brand and cross-functional team members to enable effective execution of commercial brand plans.
Requirements
- BS/BTech (CS/IT), MBA Marketing from reputed institutes.
- 12+ years of overall experience in omnichannel marketing execution or campaign operations in a regulated environment.
- 3–5 years in commercial marketing for US pharma brands, including brand execution, marketing operations or campaign management.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with brand teams to execute marketing plans and coordinate multi-stakeholder programs.
- Strong stakeholder communication, project coordination and vendor management skills.
- Comfortable working with centralized/offshore delivery teams and practical familiarity with marketing platforms and analytics tools.
- Demonstrated interest in adopting emerging AI-enabled productivity or content tools to improve speed, reuse, and self-service execution within marketing teams.
- Pharmaceutical or healthcare commercial marketing experience; familiarity with MLR/compliance.
- Experience supporting omnichannel or digital campaigns including CRM, email or web-based programs.
- Comfort working with performance dashboards and translating metrics into execution improvements.
