Sr. Data Scientist

As a Sr. Data Scientist, you will support Manufacturing and enable data-driven operations through advanced analytics, interactive visualizations, and digital solutions. The role combines hands-on data science, strong visualization expertise, and the ability to introduce and scale new technologies within a regulated manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Design and develop intuitive, scalable dashboards and visualizations to monitor manufacturing performance, capacity, and KPIs
• Partner with manufacturing and scheduling teams to develop and optimize production scheduling models and tools
• Apply advanced analytics and machine learning to improve operational efficiency, reduce downtime, and enhance process reliability
• Translate complex manufacturing data into actionable insights for shop floor teams and leadership
• Support digital transformation initiatives by evaluating and piloting new technologies
• Develop data-driven solutions for capacity planning, resource allocation, and scenario analysis
• Collaborate with data engineering and IT teams to build robust data pipelines and ensure high-quality, real-time data availability
• Implement and support self-service analytics capabilities for manufacturing stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with data integrity and regulatory requirements (e.g., GxP, GMP, 21 CFR Part 11)
• Mentor team members and promote best practices in data visualization, analytics, and model deployment
