Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) to own and lead our core CRM platform used by our Client Servicing functions. This role is responsible for shaping the platform strategy, managing the product roadmap, and ensuring Dynamics 365 becomes the central hub for client lifecycle management.

What You Will Do

Own the end-to-end platform strategy and product roadmap for Microsoft Dynamics 365 as the core CRM platform. Translate business objectives into a clear, prioritized product backlog and roadmap. Manage product lifecycle — feature design, configuration, testing, release, and adoption.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information systems, Business Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Product Manager or Functional Consultant with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/Customer Engagement modules).
  • Proven track record in financial services, with direct exposure to private banking or wealth management CRM environments preferred. Experience in crypto or digital asset banking is a strong asset.
  • Strong understanding of D365 architecture, customization capabilities, and integration techniques (Power Platform, Azure DevOps, Dataverse, APIs).
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand the end-to-end business processes supported by the CRM platform
  • Working knowledge of Power BI, data modeling, workflows, and automation features.
  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps frameworks for managing roadmap and releases.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) and ability to interact seamlessly with technology and commercial stakeholders at all seniority levels
  • High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to balance strategic vision with operational delivery.
  • Experience working in international or cross-functional environments
  • Self-driven, structured, and comfortable operating in a regulated, fast-evolving industry.
