Account Manager

The Account Manager II, Physician & Leadership role is responsible for managing client programs, guiding clients on standard methodologies, and communicating with the Recruiting Team. The role requires strong project management expectations, experience in client-facing roles, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree plus 2-5 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 4-7 years of work experience in Healthcare staffing or consultative sales
• Experience in healthcare or staffing account management
• Experience in a client-facing role
• Experience in sales or account management
