Role Overview
The Sales Enablement Specialist (Temp) serves as a strategic partner and execution leader for Sales and Revenue leaders, enabling consistent, scalable sales performance across the organization. This role translates business strategy into actionable enablement programs, tools, processes, and insights that improve seller effectiveness, pipeline health, and revenue outcomes.
What You Will Do
Partner with Sales, Revenue, and Go-to-Market leaders to design and execute sales enablement strategies aligned to business priorities and growth objectives. Support the planning, rollout, and adoption of enablement initiatives including sales processes, tools, playbooks, training programs, and operating cadences.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of relevant professional experience
- OR High School Diploma/GED and 9–11 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience leading or supporting sales enablement, sales operations, or go-to-market initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to use data to inform enablement decisions and measure impact
- Experience developing executive-level presentations and communications
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
