Job Title

We are seeking a Sales & Operations Manager to lead and manage store operations and teams to maximize revenue, profitability, and business efficiencies. The role requires experience in senior store management, retail and sales management, and people leadership.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years in a Senior Store Management role or Multi-site equivalent
Extensive retail and or sales management experience and knowledge
Practical and effective experience in people leadership and management
Strong and proven ability to motivate and lead large teams
