B2B Marketing Manager Inbound, Funnel & Revenue Operations

On Site Full TimeAMVisor

About the Role

This role is not classical online marketing. No social media. No gut-feeling campaigns. No D2C e-commerce.

This role is for marketers who build systems, take responsibility, and think marketing consistently from a revenue perspective.

Your Mission

At AMVisor GmbH in Chemnitz, you develop the inbound and revenue setup from the ground up.

AMVisor is an independent B2B SaaS company. Our customers are consumer goods manufacturers who use Amazon as a sales channel.

Your task is to design, build, and gradually scale inbound structures so that marketing and sales function for the first time as a unified system.

You lay the foundation for sustainable inbound growth:

  • You build inbound funnels from scratch – from the first inquiry to the qualified sales opportunity
  • You define how good leads are created, evaluated, and developed
  • You map real decision-making processes in the enterprise environment instead of optimizing for quick closures
  • You ensure that marketing demonstrably contributes to the pipeline – not just to reach

Key Responsibilities

  • Conception and build-out of an inbound and funnel setup from the ground up (content → inquiry → sales)
  • Definition of criteria for lead scoring, scoring logic, and clear handoffs between marketing and sales
  • Development of structured processes for systematic development and qualification of prospects
  • Close collaboration with sales to map and improve real decision-making processes in the enterprise environment
  • Build tracking, reporting, and KPI structures to make marketing’s contribution to the pipeline visible

Required Qualifications

  • Multiple years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS or data-driven environments
  • Deep understanding of inbound funnels, marketing automation, and revenue logic
  • Experience with long decision-making processes and complex target audiences
  • Structured, analytical working style with focus on impact rather than activism
  • Very good German and English language skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with CRM and automation tools (e.g. PipeDrive)
  • Close collaboration with sales teams
  • Basic understanding of e-commerce or Amazon-adjacent business models

Benefits

  • A dynamic, innovative team with open feedback culture
  • Plenty of creative freedom and the opportunity to bring your own ideas
  • Training opportunities (e.g. webinars, project work)
  • Flexible working hours and home office option
  • Modern tools and technologies for efficient work
  • International projects and networking opportunities
