Product Operations Manager

We’re looking for a Product Operations Manager to join our Product team at Anaconda. The Product team is responsible for getting the right capabilities into the hands of data scientists, developers, and enterprises who depend on our platform to build with Python and open source.

Requirements

• Guide products through the full development lifecycle
• Build and maintain tools such as JIRA, Monday.com, Canny, DX, and Confluence workflows
• Leverage Claude and other AI tools to create automations
• Capture and maintain meeting notes, action items, and decision logs
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Navigating cross-functional relationships with product managers and engineers
