Requirements
- Completed degree with a focus on real estate research and/or data analytics
- Professional experience in the field of real estate research and/or data analytics desirable
- Strong interest in the real estate market and technological innovations
- Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools for data processing and visualization
- Knowledge of statistics, big data and the application of AI technologies
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Proactive, self-reliant work behavior as well as teamwork skills
- Fluent German and English language skills in writing and speaking
