The Role – How You Will Make an Impact
Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will be responsible for Go-to-Market strategy and operations for our Revenue organization as a key driver in the next phases of growth at Analytics8. You will partner to drive operational excellence across teams in the Revenue organization, including Business Development, New Logo Sales, Account Management, Pre-Sales Engineering, and Partner Management. You will also act as a strategic partner to the CMO and Marketing while working cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, and Technology to deliver on our strategy. You and your team will be responsible for GTM reporting and analytics, sales tech stack and process implementation, sales enablement, and sales methodology.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead a high-performing, results-oriented Revenue Operations organization in partnership with the CRO to advance the GTM functions across Business Development, New Logo Sales, Account Management, Pre-Sales Engineering, and Partner Management
- Shape our internal analytics and reporting model, driving insights and actions rooted in data
- Deploy a sales methodology to drive rigor, CRM hygiene, and overall sales excellence.
- Accelerate the implementation, adoption, and consumption of the sales tech stack
- Develop and deploy initial and continuous sales enablement across the CRO organization
- Invest in strong cross-functional relationships across Anayltics8, including our Go-to-Market teams, as well as finance, operations, technology, and people teams
Essential Requirements
- Strong expertise and a proven track record as a Go-to-Market Strategy/Revenue Operations at high-growth, fast-paced services, or technology companies, delivering against ambitious goals
- Excellent leadership skills and highly effective communicator with good people instincts – able to build trust and work well with a diverse group of cross-functional team members
- Accountable leader with a high degree of comfort navigating ambiguity and being proactive in problem-solving and bringing structure and order to complexity
- Future-oriented agent of change who can see around corners and build not just for today but for what we will need to scale and grow over time
- One who has the tenacity to navigate organizational, systems, and data complexities to bring change
- Ability to work cross-functionally to gain consensus from multiple stakeholders and ability to lead major change efforts requiring cross-functional leadership collaboration
- Data-driven mindset: you know that everything built must be measured to understand its impact on the business, and you can help drive Anayltics8 to operate with that in mind
- Experience and understanding of Go-to-Market strategies across different segments, with experience in multi-channel sales organizations
- Business travel as needed up to 25%
